We are qualified to under take Low & Zero Carbon Feasibility reports to determine which renewal technologies are most cost effective for different buildings (both residential and commercial).

There are a wide range of LZC technologies to choose from, including solar thermal panels, photovoltaic panels, biomass boilers, heat pumps, wind turbines, heat recovery systems and combined heat & power (CHP) making specifying the right technology for a particular building very important.

We undertake a detailed appraisal of the building (through thermal modelling) and look at the effect different technologies have in terms of payback and carbon savings for that particular property. This ensures the building is specified correctly to ensure the greatest gain for the lowest capital investment.

Our reports are also suitable to fulfil planning conditions, Code for Sustainable Homes Credits (Ene7) and London Mayor's Energy Hierarchy requirements.
