At present we are particularly looking for the following (based at our Newark office):
Senior Building Services Engineer
The role is for a Senior Building Services Engineer who has the ability and entrepreneurial skill to further expand and develop this important area of our business. You will have a strong background in M&E design, specification and project management and will ideally be qualified to CIBSE Member grade.
Town Planner
You should have relevant qualifications and experience in Town & Country Planning (ideally MRTPI). You will ideally come from a consultancy background with wide and varied experience. You should be used to negotiating with Local Authorities as well as providing strategic planning advice to clients. You will have excellent interpersonal skills as well as report writing skills.
Hydrologist
We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Hydrologist to undertake surface water run-off appraisals, sustainable drainage design, flood risk assessments etc. You will have excellent interpersonal skills as well as report writing skills.
Right to Light Senior Surveyor/Manager
You will have significant experience in Right to Light issues as well as Daylighting/Sunlight knowledge. Ideally you will be MRICS and will have worked on a wide range of projects including large central London schemes. You should also have business development skills and be able to liaise with clients at the highest level and have excellent report writing skills. You probably have worked for a minimum of 5 years within one of the large specialist consultancies. Contact us in the strictest confidence.
